Mary Ellen Shupert, a Certified Yoga teacher and trainer led us through Yoga exercises and provided resources for us to continue our Yoga experience.

Sue Ricks presented Neuro Linguistic Programming. Once again, an opportunity for us to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our clients. Sue also shared her newest book, ‘E-motion, Energy in Motion’ which covers messages of the body in its pre-launch form.

We then shared business practices and marketing ideas to promote the growth of our business.

Our final 90 minutes of the meeting was a Reflexology exchange.

The positive energy of all the members in attendance was emotionally rewarding and uplifting. Thanks to all who were able to attend.
