In this one-hour on-line class, students will learn:
-The correlation between trauma and addiction and the effects on the nervous system
-How to cultivate a sense of calm within to make space for others to feel safe and supported
-How to be present for trauma in self and others
-A reflexology protocol for client-care and self-care
