The Brain and Pain

REFLEXOLOGY MASTER CLASS With Chantel C. Lucier, NBCR, RMT, CMT, CREd

In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore the complex connections within the neurological system to help better understand how to tend to our client’s experience of pain.

Students will learn how the brain receives, processes, stores, and interprets pain; and the reflexology points, areas, and techniques to address various pain types.

Students will learn to address muscular, inflammatory, diabetic, peripheral, radicular, functional, neuropathic, and emotional pain. They will also understand pain cycles, the neurotransmitters and hormones responsible for the transmission of pain, and how to interrupt the pain response will also be explored.

This reflexology master class will be live/online via Zoom and will provide 2 ARCB CEs.

BIO Chantel C. Lucier, NBCR, RMT, CMT, CREd is a National Board-Certified Reflexology Practitioner and Educator, Intuitive Reiki Master Practitioner, and Teacher.

Chantel has written and has been featured in various articles, videos, books, and blogs on self-healing and DIY wellness and reflexology techniques. She is the author of Intuitive Reiki: An Integrative Approach, which serves as the manual for her self-paced, one-on-one Intuitive Reiki Program.

She is also the author of the eBook Reflexology Protocols A-Z: A Comprehensive Guide to Diseases, Conditions, Syndromes and Disorders and the Something New Everyday series. Chantel teaches an all-women monthly self-care class and offers self-care videos on YouTube and Facebook at Self-Care With Chantel.

Chantel is the Liaison Director for Reflexology Education and Vice President of the Reflexology Association of California (RAC), Board Director of The National Council for Reflexology Educators (NCRE), and an approved CE Provider with ARCB and NCBTMB.
